shall be Passion For Pits, the buyer shall be known as
, referred to as the owner. *Deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless
by fault of the seller. k Should the buyer decide not to
purchase the above dog mentioned or fail to pay it out by
the agreed time, the deposit will be forfeited. We accept:
U.S. Postal Money Orders, Cash or all major credit cards.To except a Cashiers Check, it must clear the bank before puppy/dog can be released. k NO CASH REFUNDS ~ NO
EXCEPTIONS l *Passion For Pits will ship puppies anywhere in the U.S.A. Shipping will be at the owners/buyers expense, unless other
arrangements have been made with breeder/seller.
Supplies will include the Ticket, Crate and the Health Certificate. l *Passion For Pits guarantees the dog to be current on
all vaccinations,
worming at the time of purchase.
Passion For Pits cannot be held responsible for health defects due to buyer’s
negligence regarding vaccinations and worming after date of
sell. *Buyer agrees that this said puppy/dog will not be used for any inhumane, immoral or illegal purposes.
Under no circumstances is Buyer ever to fight, roll or face off pup/dog with another dog. l Passion For Pits has the right to take back possession of said puppy/dog WITHOUT compensation to owner.
All provisions of this contract are designed to safeguard the puppy/dog, the breed in general (APBT) and/or the community. Signed:

L Page 3 of 5 L K *Dogs, when introduced to a new surrounding, sometimes exhibit signs of shyness and inactivity. In some instances, they may refuse to eat. After becoming more familiar with their new environment they will readily adapt and accept their new master and the food you offer. Constant care and attention will aide the puppy in his/her adaptation. L ~Maintain a sound feeding program ~Insure regular
health by maintaining regular health visits ~Proper exercise
for the pup/dogs mental and physical health ~Love, dedication, reasonability and care you give will be returned many times over throughout the years ahead L *Should the dog be determined genetically or physically in ill health (this does not include communicable diseases within 7 days after taking possession of the dog, the cause which is clearly attributable to seller), the dog may be returned with written diagnosis from two licensed veterinarians for another dog of equal value. If one is not available at the time, the buyer will have to wait for responsibility of the buyer. K *Passion Blue Pits agrees to provide buyer with all proper registration papers when puppy/dog is paid in full. The U.K.C. registered name of the pup will be N/A . Please note: If the seller has not received the registration papers from the U.K.C. or A.D.B.A. before the puppy leaves our kennel, we will mail them to the buyer/owner as soon as we receive them. If we are shipping the puppy, we will mail them to the buyer.L *The undersigned do hereby accept this agreement in its entirety and acknowledge that this is a legal binding agreement/contract. h j *Special Clause: The blue coat in most breeds is associated with skin problems some of which are not responsive to treatment. Blue coated dogs of all breeds are more prone to bacterial, viral, staph and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demodex and color mutant alopecia. While some of these conditions are hereditary many of them are simply the result of the blue coat coloring. All skin problems we know of are affected and inexpensively treated. Not all blue coated dogs are affected, HOWEVER, you need to be prepared to treat your dog if a skin or coat condition develops. k k WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS. We will not be held responsible for skin and coat problems that are common for dogs with the blue coloring. We have done countless hours of research and had lengthy conversations with our vet.
